Our service commitment to you

Comprehensive and customized
Meeting your specific needs is paramount in everything we do. Each HTAM client has a dedicated investment counselor who is responsible for developing and implementing their investment strategy. We consider the whole picture of a client’s wealth, taking into account factors such as return requirements, risk tolerance, need for liquidity, specific tax considerations, estate planning, family businesses and philanthropy.

Detailed reporting
Private clients receive monthly reports, performance reports and summaries of transactions along with an informative commentary on the financial markets. We also arrange regular portfolio reviews (including other professional advisors if requested) and distribute information required for annual tax purposes.

Teamwork
Client accessibility is a key part of our business. While your personal investment counselor is your primary contact at HTPAM, our team works closely together to ensure a quick response to any enquiries.
